2.4. All actions performed through the user’s account are considered to be performed by the user unless proven otherwise.

2.5. The user must immediately notify us if they suspect unauthorized access to the account.

3. Email, Username, and Password

3.1. The user may change their email, username, and password through account settings, if such functionality is available.

3.2. Changing important account data may require entering the current password.

3.3. We may refuse to change data if the change violates security, third-party rights, or technical limitations of the service.

4. Billing Information

4.1. The user may fill in and save billing information in the account.

4.2. Billing information may include full name, country, city, address, address line 2, postal code, and phone number.

5.2. Each package may have limits on the number of checks, domains, pages, reports, processing speed, data history, available features, and validity period.

5.3. Package descriptions, limits, and prices may be displayed on the website.

5.4. We may change available packages, limits, prices, and functionality, provided that this does not violate already activated user rights for a paid period.

6. Package Upgrade

6.1. The user may upgrade the current package to a higher package if such functionality is available.

6.2. When upgrading a package, the new package may be activated immediately after confirmation by the user.

6.3. If the user upgrades the package before the end of the current period, the unused part of the previous package is not refunded or compensated, unless otherwise expressly stated on the website or required by applicable law.

6.4. Before upgrading the package, the user receives a notice in billing settings or in the checkout interface that, in case of immediate package upgrade, the cost of the previous package for the remaining period is not refunded.

6.5. By continuing the upgrade, the user confirms that they understand this condition.

7. Package Downgrade

7.1. The user may choose to downgrade the package if such functionality is available.

7.2. If the user downgrades the package, the change usually takes effect after the end of the current paid period.

7.3. Until the end of the current period, the user retains access to the current package unless otherwise stated on the website.

7.4. Downgrading a package does not create a right to a refund for the current period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Payment

8.1. At the current stage, payment may not be connected or may be skipped when activating a package.

8.2. In the future, payment may be made through Stripe or another third-party payment provider.

8.4. Access to paid features may be provided after successful payment or after internal confirmation of package activation.

9.4. However, when purchasing a digital service, the user may give explicit consent to the immediate start of the service and confirm that after the service begins they may lose the right of withdrawal, if permitted by applicable law.

9.5. Recommended checkbox text: I agree to the immediate start of the digital service and understand that after package activation I may lose the right to the 14-day withdrawal and refund in accordance with applicable law.

9.6. If applicable law requires a refund in a specific case, such requirements take priority over these Terms.

13. Report and History Storage

13.1. Data related to scanned domains, scanned links, crawling results, generated reports, and scan history is stored together with the user’s account data until the user clears or deletes this data manually, unless a different retention period is required by law, security, or technical necessity.

13.2. The user may clear scan data, reports, domains, links, or history through the service interface, if such functionality is available.

13.3. If the user deletes the account, related scan history and reports may also be deleted or anonymized, except for data that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate interest reasons.
